I mix these in with regular spaghetti. 2/3 zoodles, 1/3 regular spaghetti. Put on the sauce and any toppings as you normally would. You've just cut 2/3 of the calories out of the dish and you really won't miss the extra pasta. You get a nice big plate of food, bumped up the nutrition and lowered the calories! Easiest way to cook is to add them in with the spaghetti for the last 2 minutes of cooking.

I sauteed some mushroom, onion and garlic first. Removed that from pan and sauteed the zoodles. Added the veggies back to the pan with the cooked zoodles and added 2 heaping tablespoons of diced tomatoes. Sautee all together for another minute. Delicious!

I've been making zoodles with my veggeti since it came out! :) I use zoodles in pho instead of rice noodles, with a cottage cheese sauce as an alfredo, with homemade marinara sauce as spaghetti, just fried up with garlic and pepper and sometimes just steamed with mrs dash salt free seasonings! Zoodles are great!

I love zoodles. My favorite is to mix the raw veggie with a dressing made of olive oil, sesame seeds, garlic and ginger. Also use a bit of raw carrot run through the noodle maker. It's delicious, satisfying, and a very good quick meal.

Thanks so much for this! My wife and I just made them how you said, and they were delicious! We cooked them in the pan with avocado oil, but I guess that part doesn't matter, as any healthier oil should do, and we put lean ground chicken with Classico pasta sauce on top, and sprinkled parmesan cheese. It was so good! Gonna try the microwave method next time. I need to buy more zucchinis now! 🙂

I want to see my husband's face when I substitute the spaghetti with the zoodles. Just made sauce and meatballs yesterday, so these will be a quick prepare tonight. Another one bites the dust, here at Zucchini Nation. Thanks so much for your prep/ cooking tips.

I see in time, a "Clean and Delicious" line of food cooking techniques in the near future at whole food stores. It's only a beginning for you to something more than you may have imagined!! I've had in my past, the same thought with AMZN, GOOG, ULTA, etc. You truly have what it takes!!

Thank you soooo much I loved this video and I know I will love the next. This is great because I have the Vagetti and found that the thin one breaks a lot.

Great video, Dani! I was wondering if anyone has ever used them as a substitute for Hash Browns? I love a cheesy, sausage breakfast casserole and was wondering if you could bake the Zoodles without having them get soggy. Anyone?

Thank you for sharing that great tool. I will buy it from Amazon. I will add mushrooms and a few tablespoons of tomato sauce and garlic and it will be a delicious spaghetti dinner without the fattening traditional noodles. Thank you for this video!
