@@PeterMoore-u2g it was a great boat Peter. Miss it - have a little 485 Surtees now, not as fast or confident in larger swell but fuel costs are much less! Good luck with the boat hunt/build.
Not a problem mate. Glad it helped. I don't own it anymore - have Fish Pro jet ski now, but I'd buy another (sealed deck version) if the price was right again. Seem to be a few asking real high $$$ lately - but all boats seem to have skyrocketed!
Has been an awesome boat for me over the past 7.5 years. Somewhat sadly, I've just taken a deposit on it, so hopefully it continues to provide some great memories for the new owner (and I hope I don't miss it too much!)
@@AdvHQ a jet ski would make an interesting fishing platform or just speed around on it , good fun no matter what. I just bought a kyak to try a bit of fishing and something different to do.
Thanks for the review. I'm deciding between a Bar Crusher 535xs, Quintrex 510 Frontier and just found Formosa (495SC - side console) which looks like a good combination. Bar Crusher seems a bit small but really solid. Quinny has heaps of room but not as solid. I'm looking to go to the checkerplate floor for the Formosa which apparently is fully welded. Cheers
I can't really comment on the others mate, but glad you found this vid a little useful. If you're in SE Qld, you'll notice mine is advertised on Marketplace & Gumtree - not too worried if it doesn't sell though, it is a great boat.
Sold the boat now mate, but had an early 60" on it for a bit over 4 years. It was OK, in chop it would pop out and spray the cockpit with water every wave! LOL It did hold well though. I'd go a 72" if given the choice for sure
Hi Jas Great review, really enjoyed it. Love your boat and hope to have one soon. Good fishing mate.

Thx for the wicked review mate. Helps give an honest opinion on the brand

Great review.
I've got one too. Great boat. Have taken mine out to the shelf several times with no issues at all. 35 to 40 mile to sea

Great review Jason, looks like a great boat. It's hard to keep up with all the hobbies.
Thanks Barry, I toss up getting a jet ski - motorbike of the water! 🤣

@@bazz6670 nice one. Any time on the water is enjoyable.

Great review mate question what lenght shaft on the motor guide?
Was a 60"... was too short. Would spray the inside of the boat in a small chop.
Hey Jason what length Motorguide do you have?

Do you know how much Boat + trailer weighs?
