  • This chewy tapioca jelly can be served on its own with coconut milk and can also be used to embellish desserts like bubur chacha, sweet potatoes balls, etc. It certainly adds to the colour of the dessert as well as make it more tasty. E NJ O Y :-)

    Why is my tapioca starch 1/2 cup mixed with 1/4 cup boiling water doesn’t turn into a dough? I wander what is wrong? Could someone please let me know? Thank you

      You can keep it (without being cooked) for about 1 week in the fridge. Thank you for watching :-)
