- Today we take a close look at the new Infinity Studio BRUCE LEE Life-size Bust. The one thing that was missing from my collection was a Bruce Lee statue. He has been an idol of mine for as long as I can remember, long before the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, or Jean Claude Van Dame. And here we have the ultimate Bruce Lee collectible. No doubt, this thing comes with a big price tag. But a must have for any big Bruce Lee fan (with a place to put it).

Bruce Lee, was a Hong Kong American actor, director, martial artist, martial arts instructor, philosopher and the founder of Jeet Kune Do. Bruce Lee’s most well-known yellow one-piece with black strips outfit with nunchucks from his last film Death of Game, has not only became one of the most classic images in movie history, but also world-famous pop culture icons.
Decades have passed and he is always our beloved Kung Fu star as well as the Chinese’ pride!
The ocular prosthesis is specially customized for the statue and replicate actual skin texture by medical platinum silicone. Infinity Studio did not forget his palm prints and fingerprints, all details referred to real data. This might be the most realistic bust I've ever seen.
Looks realistic like human. But not sure best likeness. I'd give likeness a 8 out of 10
@@iluvcliffrichard As DT said in the clip, we have different definitions of likeness of a person, depending on the images of the person on our mind.
I haven't seen any Bruce Lee statue or figure which looks closer to the real Bruce Lee than this bust.

I hear through grapevine. There's no way you wouldn't know who this is. But don't want infinity studios to get complacent if there is a next one.

Bruce Lee is one of my favorite martial artist!! I have the last Blitzway 1/4 scale and their newest one shipping, but I really wish I could get this bust. The face sculpt is great, the outfit is iconic, and everything is done well. Great review DT

Awesome statue! By far this is one of the most realistic busts I have seen. 100% looks like Bruce Lee! No controversy for me.
Likeness is good about 7 out of 10, or even 8. And out of all the waxworks and small figurines this would be the best likeness.
But there is room.for improvement, there always is can't get complacent.

Yes it is good I think some are better than others not all these busts look exactly the same.

It seems we grew up in the same era DT. Liking and watching the same types of shows. I still remember going to the principal’s office in elementary school because my friends and I were play fighting like those Bruce Lee movies. 😆 I truly miss those days.

No, I actually prefer the one without gloves on, the 57 second length video.
But ive seen the beginning of ETD look waxwork with fingerless gloves and trunks on too and that's a close 2nd and very good too.

ill put my hands up, i originally noticed your pics on the the facebook groups and stated the likeness was off, but after seeing your review here today he looks bang on, i really cant fault the piece, the hair / eyes and portrait itself look fantastic, massive congrats on a great piece and good video,

This is one of the best ones and should be for the price still remarkable for that price tag. I do like the Enter The Dragon Enterbay 70th piece and the Blitzway game of death would be next for over likeness.
I prefer lifesize, something you can put on floor, either quietly in corner of room, or in entrance of home in hallway if hallway big enough. Nice entrance piece.
Thanks for the review! I’m also a kid from the 70’s and I grew up loving Bruce Lee. Still do! I have a few 1/6 scale figures of him, posters and Tshirt! I wanted this statue because to me it’s the ultimate looking statue. However space and price is an issue!!! Space was the biggest factor! If I ever hit the lottery I’m going to seek one out! lol Thanks again fellow Bruce Lee fan!

I agree with you 100%, I too, am amazed people would complain about his likeness, but there are those who will always find something to complain about (even that their own child does not look 100% like them)!

Yes, I think I may need to add a row of these busts now. But those other boys are BIG! Maybe I need Harley to give Bruce more company.

@@richardjones6949 no, the likeness was horrible. I’m getting tired of statues and figures with no likeness and cost hundreds. I think after I got Arnie’s work, the only other one that is good is the new life size bust, so I’m good.
Space is always an issue with pieces like this although a nice issue to have if you get it for Xmas.
Yes, space and location can be a problem with these pieces, as they are prone to damage from both sunlight and traffic. Right now, I’ve got him in my studio and I have to walk around his arm to get to the bathroom.

@@cndart I would've definitely considered a case with this guy, if he wasn't so deep. It would require a lot of glass.

Not just a yin yang symbol. That was Bruce's symbol for Jeet Kune Do. That was actually his reasoning behind Game of Death's plot. Look close at that medallion.
