    I added my prosciutto to the menu a few months ago, I bake mine in currently (swerving from tradition), its so good though :)

    All this is missing is oreganon on top before cooking, extra virgin olive oil and freshly ground black pepper to finish, so close to perfection.

      It’s best practice to put oregano after the pizza is close to coming out. You’re burning the spices otherwise. Other spices like fennel, etc are okay to put initially cause they can be toasted

    rule always put the proscuitto after cookin, why? cause It will crreate too much salt if you put before? why? procsuitto was in salt lol with the heat salt comes out, european and asian can understand but not those guys from the United Stated, yes united states cause america is a continent not a county, 70 percent are spanish people lol
