I just wish it had more color. Like, it's always grey and black, but I mean, even cellphones and computers get customized colors. They have straps and buttons all over, but they can't make the jackets reversible so they can be bright red or green once in a while?

It actually does well in a tropical country. Just make sure you go for a padded shell type of a clothing. Tropical rains a lot, and that's one of techwear's priority, rain resistance. Just know your shit. You'll be a ninja drinking coconuts soon.

Really recommend checking out brands like Krakatau and Cloudburst, Krakatau is a brand located in St. Petersburg and they make absolutely great looking yet also very functional paka's with techwear in mind, (recently bought a qm174 paka for 280 euros) and it really gets you started when you just got into techwear like me, Cloudburst is a brand located in Moscow and turns up everything to 11 and makes some insane pieces (although Cloudburst is usually on the pricy side)

I've been doing Techwear for some time before it even rose up. People comment on it saying how it looks cool and sometimes straight out of anime. It doesn't help that I look anime anyways, my face and hair. Kek, I just like the style and I have found myself using some of the pockets, especially when girls don't have pockets on their jeans and such (who thought it was a good idea to not put pickets on women's clothes? Dumb). But it's true, the pockets are typically aesthetic.

Just want to add, for awesome hardshells and softshell jackets that have the same functionality as the other expensive brands, shop at REI. They have awesome outdoor functional clothing, which makes for great techwear. They have GORE.TEX and all sorts of awesome colors and cool shirts.

Who knew I was a cheapskate tech wearing all my life, I went for the mass numbers of pockets and anything with tactical carbon fiber industrial ZXCT military grade material.
Damn, all those brands are expensive but Nike ACG, best I can afford are Joggers with like 8 pockets, Tech Hoodies from Nike/Adidas, SF Air Forces, ACGS and Huaraches.
tech wear been poppin lowkey look at late 90s street wear. a lot of the brands from the late 90s had tech in the name. Prime example of this was mob deeps quiet storm video and some missy ellior videos from the mid to late 90s.

Tech wear is cool price is tough to accept and not necessarily worth getting every attachment like if it were a batman utility belt, vest, cape etc. The military style sort of swings back and forth its just a different flavor with tech wear won't be surprise if they mix the tech with the warfare stuff in the streets. especially with nike already been pushing the space out uptowns the foamspites joints..
