I have the same problem as many others. The perspective warp option is grayed out. I have the most current version of PS CC (14.2.1). Why is it not working? I see others have asked this question,.but Adobe peeps have chosen not to respond. What gives?
can any one help? I don't have the perspective warp tool in the Edit menu, but I have something called Perspective in my Transform, Edit menu which i think is completely different tool cuz i don't get the same thing as here.
Diego Moran , have tried re-downloading the new version and that helped nothing. Have tried all ways that I can think of to get rid of the gray on "Perspective Warp" menu. If anyone has an answer let me know and I'll pass it along.

You need to set GPU acceleration in the options.
CS7 or GTFO
