First day with the unger scraper the actual blade holder broke won't lock in now so order some more usually use the triumph ever have trouble with that
If it's trad I carry a microfiber and and extra bucket of water to scrub the frame until most of the white gunk is gone. Then I clean it like normal but am very careful to cut in my edges with the squeegee so I have little or no towel detailing. The white stuff will contaminate your rags and leave residue on every window. Better to leave a teeny tiny bit on the edge than to attempt perfection and smear it worse.
I use the Werner 22' multi purpose ladder. I can take sections out of it for smaller ladder uses. I love it! I'm not sure how I ever had a business without the Werner ladder. I love all your videos! x2 Construction Jobs...Cha-Ching!
I keep trying to get my girlfriend to come along on my window jobs as a helper by telling her it will be a unique bonding experience but so far it's no bueno lol
Luke The Window Cleaner I have had the same thing & thought it was due to the job but I drove a big car that didn't have power steering & when I changed it the tennis elbow cleared up. One thing I was going to do was have a quarterzone injection. It's what it's called in the UK. The doctor injects a long lasting pain killer into the elbow which lasts over 6 months. I didn't need it done but the injection is known to be very painful as they have to go really deep but it once done you don't have that constant pain
You guys are very cool, I mean “adorable”. Keep up the vids. I like watching, even tho I mighta done it different. It’s cool to see how an other professional would do it. There is more than one way to skin a cat😎
"Don't come down on the price until you get the multiple houses". They will INDEED lie to you about getting multiple houses. Even still they will switch up half way through! Experienced this a few times running my construction cleaning company. Awesome video.
Out of all the window cleaning videos I watch nobody uses stack ladders. I'm pretty sure they were designed for window cleaning. Couldn't imagine working without them. Yeah expensive but last forever!
Do you guys work with a company to do the new home cleaning? You seem to do a lot of them. Im just wondering how I could go about and get jobs like that? Guess talk to the home builders?
You can scratch windows by doing that. Always razor wet windows and never go back and fourth with the scraper. Always be very careful and or dont scrape tempered glass.
It is awesome to see the way you both work with each other! Keep up the videos.
Cashen Smith thanks !
Thx for all the good info and instructions guys!
Thank you !
Could you use a water fed pole for any of this work to prevent laddering?
When your on a residential what solution do you use on windows in a shower or above a tub for heavy scum buildup?
I still use dawn. 0000 stell wool could help with that
I agree stack latters are by far the best.
Thanks for the shout out Luke!
Anytime buddy!

In regards to the talk about your ladders, can you get leg levelers on the gorilla ladders??
First day with the unger scraper the actual blade holder broke won't lock in now so order some more usually use the triumph ever have trouble with that
Great video. How do you deal with white oxidation that comes off the frames of some exterior windows? It's a pain. Leaves streaks, etc. Please help!
If its a wfp I just scrub until it runs clear. If its trad I would just avoid it lol.

Do you guys have a video on how you clean interior windows/tracks on new construction, and if so how you charge for that work?

I got my girl to go with me once but I had to give her $20/hr lmao
Sounds like you need a new girlfriend! 😂
I love my Little Giant, but it's so heavy. I like the ratcheting feet for unlevel ground.
What's the armband for?

great video guys. have you tried Bronze wool instead of steel wool.
Yes we have. Bronze wool is not as abrasive as steel wool but dosent rust so it will last longer
@@LukeTheWindowCleaner where do you guys buy your bras and steel wool?
Great video! Do you use the razor to remove masonry or concrete splatter?
I do but I would have them sign a scratch waiver for sure
Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Love you and your wife's videos
@@LukeTheWindowCleaner what you use on stickers on new windows on construction cleans. Hard sticker residue is hard to get off!
We use our scrapers. Please just be careful with tempered glass. I dont reccomend new guys to use scrapers on glass at all.

Why don’t you go back and forth with the scraper?
