This was recorded 22 years ago; we Americans have always been systemically paranoid, we've just become more blatant about it over the last couple decades.
Then 9/11 happened to the US and all of the US got in panic and allowed all kinds of shit to infringe on your freedoms. Sounds to me that you have a domestic enemy that don´t like you very much.. it´s no better in Europe either but for heavens sake why WHY are we allowing our selves to get fooled all the time...? I happen to know who this enemy is .. and you should all ask yourselves who this enemy are..! It happens to be your closest allied.. and the one that runs your economic system and your media it´s a common denominator. Get rid of the parasite and all will be good even here in Europe since everything that happens in the US will happen over here as well.

I had so many scraped knees and elbows, bloody noses, hit my head on a radiator, fell down a ravine on a scooter, played in the mud, sand, and puddles. I'm still alive! :D I haven't had a vaccine shot since I was a freshman in high school, except for a couple jobs.

@@RussianReactionReviews I understand your co-host is a lot of work, but some of us miss him (balls and all). You should bring him back even if it's once a month. We deserve visitation rights. Plus, American's love dogs. I don't think many of us are bothered by what he isn't shy about. Maybe they make doggie shorts.

I see people my age and older that have always been liberals that still support democrats for no reason other than they can’t let go. My argument always is, why are you supporting everything you stood against for so long? I’m 41. You don’t have to be a Republican. I’m not. The aftermath of 9/11 solidified myself as a independent. Authoritarianism has taken over democrat party.

While exaggerated (for comedic purposes), a lot of what Carlin is saying is true. I was raised in a small mountain town where my grandfather was the local garbageman. And (he), being a depression-era, Arkansas hillbilly, wasn't above salvaging certain food-stuffs from his client's waste bins. Consequently, I (literally) grew up eating garbage. Now, at 53, I rarely ever get sick, I have no fear of food poisoning, and I've also kicked Covid's ass. My immune system got a lot of practice growing up!

I am the same mom who let me do everything as a child, a teenager who had a strong immune system! Older now same deal other things mixed that up in life's path! I watched the Superbowl today did my farm chores earlier! Sorry as your team did not go this year always next year! I did watch the game and glad for the older QB and team TB Superbowl Champions! Here been freezing not as bad as states north of here, so snow, ice coming again this week good times! Be safe!

Sunday. I usually go to work. If I could afford not to go yo work then I would go to church on Sunday. Sunday is a day to relax. Get all the household chores done on Saturday. Leaving Sunday for having fun.

George Carlin is always a great comic to react to. His routines, all from his one hour HBO specials, blended so well together. That is why you get ones like this. You think, because the way it's edited, your missing part of it. Don't fret about it. :-) What's scary if that most of this is 20 to 30 years old and what he's ranting about is even truer today.

Carlin's bits on religion is brilliant.....think a clip floating around is "religion is bullshit!" that is insanely smart you'd enjoy
His best routines were "The Hippy Dippy Weatherman " and "The Indian Sergeant" He used way less swearwords when ne was younger.

To your point, I personally experienced this, and always wondered why. I was grateful for the paramedics’ response, who had no interest in displaying dominance.
Respectfully, they dont know what theyre actually walking into. It could be an ambush by some crazy asshole that finally had a few too many hits of the pipe. Im not saying cops dont get up to some bullshit. But drawing your weapon when going into an unknown situation makes perfect sense.

I completely agree with him. I grew up eating raw meat, food off the floor in an auto repair shop with grease and brake dust all over my hands at 5-10 years old, eating food I dropped on the ground while hiking in the woods, drinking water from stagnant ponds and swamps, swimming in the polluted water of the Hudson River and long island sound, and I would rarely get sick. When I did get sick it was only for about a day and then I was fine. And when I get cuts and puncture wounds or animal bites I don't rush to clean it out because if I get an infection in it, it's gone in a few days at most anyway. The more things you let your body take care of on it's own the stronger it gets.
The definition of freedom doesn't change with your location. If your actions are governed by force you don't have freedom no matter where you are in the world. Simple as that. :-)

As I've gotten older I really do wash like Carlin said, I wash my lower half every 3 days, then 3 days later my upper half, my hair once a week and full shower about every 2 weeks, it's actually bad for your skin and hair to wash every day, as long as you don't stink you're fine, or maybe I'm just getting old and don't give a shit anymore, LOL 😳🤔🤣

When you were talking about people who can't...something as a part of talking about how people are supposed to be exposed to germs, how it's healthy for them, I imagine you were talking about people with compromised immune systems. Honestly, it's even more important for them, that those who can tolerate exposure ensure they have as strong an immune system as they can, because herd immunity is a thing.

when i was a child i cought frogs and turtles....but my main business was gathering earthworms and sold them to fishermen for quarters to eventually get enough money to buy a snow cone at the lake...i was just really good at finding worms..my mother could smell worms and dirt from me like 5ft away....she would stop and ask me ....were you worm digging...i would say yes...i would then have to take all my muddy clothing off and wrap myself in a towel and get hosed off in the backyard....i was 3

I wouldn't say theres less freedom. There is just more people willing to let you know when they dont like what you're saying or doing. So you can say whatever you want or do whatever you want but it's way easier now to face consequences for what you say or do.
