Never install heavy GPU in standing case, it could have easily fallen off the PCI-E slot when you just left it unsecured. You should put your case on side and then slot in the GPU. You got lucky man. Nice build and overall look anyway !
Watching how you handled installation was pianfull, this was like a tutorial of how not to do it. 12VHPWR cable should be installed before installing the card in PCIE slot, this way you can clearly see if you pushed it all the way in. Installing card in PCIE slot would be much safer if the case was laying on the side. And what was the biggest cringe and pretty much pushed me to add this comment under video: the card support was installed crooked, over a screw in the case....
I got the i9 - 13900k 😁 just looking for a graphics card atm i was thinking of this gaming x trio i am playing on Acer predator 3440x1440 my other specs are 4x 16gb drr5 Kingston fury beast msi z790 carbon wifi with 850 watts power suply.
If you have a 4070ti or 4080 afaik you can use a 1 cable and its daisy chain and another full power cable. Not sure for 4090, most likely need 2 full cables and its daisy chain
@@l10n79 You really should not use daisy chain cables. It can lower performance or even pose a hazard on high power cards. You can also buy a special 12v cable for Your PSU if it is modular.
The f are you talking about? Native 1440p gaming actually makes a lot more sense on the RTX 4080 - and most other high-end / enthusiast GPUs. It also acts as a stand-in for 4K with Quality mode upscaling.

How do you have 3 wires from the power supply for the graphics card? I only have two separate ones. What is the solution?
New PSU.
You have to purchase new power supply because they recommend 3 wire
@@itcarecomputers I already said that.
