This is almost good enough to make me regret ordering an emperor kit from you guys last week 😂
Naaa...Emperor all the way
@@ryanbrown918 vgt all the way on the 6.7
Eventually I'm upgrading my 12 turbo! Not sure if I want to go stage 2 or emperor 370?
I really really want to order one of these right now. But I’m still waiting on parts from Black Friday 2022. A little apprehensive about giving them 3500 bucks for a turbo my patience will not be as long as they have been in the past.
I just ordered a solenoid valve body from you guys. Now I want a turbo.
You’re going to love the valve body I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with it since installing it last july.
Did you replace all the seals from the feed tubes and on the solenoid bank when you installed yours or did you use the original ones that came off?
I was also installing a bunch of suncoast parts so I decided to just do new everything.
IMO it’s probably best practice to just replace them either way to be safe and know you’ve got plenty of life in them.
This is exciting
Will these work on factory exhaust brakes?
Si can this get dropped in without fuel mods
Can I send my stock vgt turbo 2016 to be upgraded?
Will this work on a 21?
Will the stage 2 turbo work with the factory exhaust brake?
Yes it will.
Being a larger than factory, on 2017 f250 with a 120ph tune and cold air intake, will it be very laggy?
@@hunterchatham9605 I installed one on my 2018 about a month ago and personally hate it for this reason. I have upgraded piping, a bigger air-to-water intercooler, new cold air intake, with a few tunes ranging from 80hp-140hp. The turbo lag is pretty bad, you can definitely feel the extra power once it gets spooled but for me, it killed the driveability of my truck. I regret upgrading my factory turbo every day I drive my truck, I'm just going to order an upgraded factory turbo and be done with it.
@@kingdingaling9214you’re talking about the stage 2 66mm right?
@@kaiserbailey Yeah, unless you plan on upgrading the injectors and pump this turbo is just too big for the stock fuel system.
will it whistle pretty loud on a 6.7 power-stroke 2013?
Stage 2 sounds very similar to the 6.0 10-blade turbo, but milder. I installed it on my 2018 and it sounds great, with a prominent whistle but not enough to be annoying like the 6.0.
@@kingdingaling9214 you still running stock fuel?
@@sheldoncurry2225 I'm running the stock CP4 & Injectors, but I did have my truck professionally tuned. The Stage 2 is too big for the out of the box tunner tunes, I was getting really bad turbo lag and it was clear the VGT timing was way off. After tuning it was much better, but not perfect. I really wish SPE would offer the Stage 1 with their 10-blade turbine. So, you get a slightly faster factory turbo that sounds great and is way more reliable.
@@kingdingaling9214 I'm on the fence about getting it. I figured it would need to be returned. anyway you could send me some videos of your truck or post some? no one has anything out
@@sheldoncurry2225 I uploaded a short on my channel, give you an idea of the sound. Next time I drive I'll try to get a good video of me actually laying down power.
