  • Today we go over all of the fine details and benefits of the KC Turbos Warlock Retrofit Kit for your 2011-2014 6.7 Powerstroke!
    The KC Turbos Warlock Retrofit Kit was initially designed to replace the overly complex Ford Retrofit kit by offering a more streamlined alternative. Our kit includes your choice of a 2017+ KC Whistler Style Stage 1 Turbo, 2017+ KC Whistler Style Stage 2 Turbo, or an 2017+ OEM Garrett F250/350 Style Turbo. Our kit also includes a new 2017+ style Turbo Pedestal, Lower Intake Manifold, EGR tube Valve, Coolant Feed Line, Heat Shielding, Boot , Clamps, Gaskets, O-rings, and all the Hardware needed to complete the install.
    What makes the KC Warlock Retrofit Kit so special is our proprietary turbine or exhaust housing design. By starting with an all-new exhaust housing design, this allowed us to move the 2017+ style turbos into a slightly different position would allow for the retainment of your factory exhaust manifolds and up-pipes while eliminating a vast majority of the parts needed from the Ford retrofit kit. In using this new Warlock turbine housing, we set out to make this package as simple as possible.
    Another big advantage of the KC Warlock Retrofit kit is that by using this proprietary exhaust housing design it will allow for you to swap any factory turbo into it if you happen to blow a turbo and need your truck up and running immediately.
    YOU READ THAT RIGHT!! No more waiting on custom one-off pedestals or aftermarket turbo designs. If you need your truck back up and running ASAP you can simply use a factory 2017+ turbocharger. All you need to do is swap on the Warlock exhaust housing and away you go!
    The second largest feature of this kit is the upgrade to the 2017 style intake manifold. While some other kits reuse and work around the poorly designed 11-14 manifold, we include a new 2017+ style lower intake manifold to get the best performance out of your truck.

    I just installed their stage 2 with a 10mm CP4 on my 2011 with their warlock kit which made it way easier to install. Good job KC

      @@JBMEDIA323 I’m proven now with a lot of smoke when not in boost. It’s fast as all hell just very smokey on every tune.I’m thinking about switching to them how does your truck run?

      @@gonzaf250 KC warlock kit with a whistler turbo. A 10mm cp4 either a RCD or an Exergy. Their kit came with everything I needed except new V bands for the downpipe and manifold. You are also going to need a piping kit, pusher, mpd or no limit are all good. Not sure what you are tuned on but you have to have an EZ link auto agent 3 too.

    Man I just bought the warlock Kit with the KC W2, I bought a piping kit as well and didn't know I didn't need the lower intake! Where was this video a month ago! I sent the lower intake back to you guys! Thank you for your support and awesome customer service! Great videos!

      Sorry. In the options when you buy it when you select “already have a piping kit” then it is slightly cheaper

      @@abc123hshdhd8w turbo comes out just like a 2011, goes back in just like a 2017 turbo. Warlock kit is much easier to install vs ford retrofit kit.

    Great video. In the near future,. I will purchase the retro kit with the KC Stage 1 turbo. My 2011 F350 is deleted. Additionally, I recently fitted SS Fuel DCR HP Fuel Pump to replace the Cp4. Will my current tunes (Tyrant Tunes) work with the retro stage 1 KC Turbo setup?

    I recently purchased the warlock kit for my 2014 along with the piping kit , are band clamps for upside and down pipes included in either kit ? The ones holding in previous turbo didn't come off very easily and are not reusable?

    2012 f350 just want to update, for towing a camper, where would get the transmission update at. If go this route, no issue with my truck now.

      They spool about 150-300rpms faster depending on the load. They are incredible!!!

    I’m getting ready to pull the trigger on your retrofit kit for my 2011 F550, but when I called the other day I didn’t catch anything about the very simple no limit piping kit. I took a look on your site and theirs with no luck. Should I be searching for 17+ piping kit when going this route? Thanks

      You need a 15-16 piping kit. Any brand will work

    Nice, I have a 2012 f250. Egr and dpf deleted. What exactly do I need to use a newer turbo (whistler stage 2). Can I get a list pls 😅

      All you need is to do is pick up the Warlock turbo kit, and choose a whistler stage 2. That is the easiest/most simple route. There is also a ford Racing retrofit kit that you can pick up as well: kcturbos.com/collections/6-7-powerstroke-turbos-retrofit-kits
