    You should stitch on the fabric pieces before top coating to make it look actually quilted.

    I have an upholstered chair ($25 at consignment shop) that my cat finally got around to attacking on one “shoulder”. Obviously I can’t wash the upholstery fabric, and it’s not cotton.
    Can I use your technique to cover the rips in the chair with fabric and Mod Podge?

    How do you wash/dry the jacket from here on ?

      I was curious to, this is the response on the website: machine washable (cold water, gentle cycle after 72 hours)
