I passed my PMP exam on 06/01/2025, and I want to sincerely thank David McLachlan for his amazing videos! 🙌 The exam was tough, with lengthy questions requiring careful reading, but David's content helped me develop the mindset and understanding needed to succeed on the first try. I watched these videos without skipping, and they were invaluable: 1⃣ 100 PMBOK 6th Ed. Questions 2⃣ 200 Agile PMP Questions 3⃣ 10 Agile Questions 4⃣ 150 PMBOK 7 Scenario-Based Questions 5⃣ 110 Drag & Drop Questions Although the exam questions weren’t identical, the patterns and terminology matched perfectly. Completing these videos and staying disciplined is key! Thanks again, David, for your honest, thorough, and free guidance-it made all the difference. 🙏 I completed all of them without skipping, and while I didn’t see exact questions in the exam, the patterns and terminology were very similar. If you follow the 35 PDU course and dedicate 21 days for focused study, you can definitely pass. Trust the process, and practice the material carefully-it's worth it! Huge thanks to David McLachlan for his excellent, free resources. 🙏
David! I just passed my PMP above target in all 3 domains and I want you to know that your videos were the best thing that prepared me for success! Thank you so much for your calm and logical approach!
Hi David, I passed the PMP exam today with AT in all domains!! I could literally hear your soothing voice during the exam 😂 and thanks a lot. I literally used this approach to solve the answers
I consistently get 90% or more of your questions correct. I took my exam yesterday - I sure hope I passed. I did the online version and it takes up to five days. I honestly don't know if I passed or not...
Hi Mark, in Agile we charter the project AND the team. The Team Charter covers the "why" and how the team will work together. The project charter remains the same, with a reference to the business case, high level stakeholders, scope, milestones, cost and risk.
Do you know that you can get PDUs by watching youtube videos? You can watch the videos that is related to the project management and after you complete the Video you can report it under informal learning on the CCR and if your reported claim choosing to be reviewed you need to upload a document with notes summarize what you have watched it for PMI team to review it. You can check this playlist this link: ua-cam.com/play/PLgSA-z5XLMJg-j_mVDs73t3UDcWNeJOvy.html and on the completion of this playlist you can claim 13 PDUs, This will refresh your memory if you are certified and will help you prepare for the PMP exam if you are not yet certified.
