  • This week’s Torah portion of Ki Teitzei features a plethora of commandments relating to every facet of life. On a deeper level, many of these commandments, even the simple obligation to return lost property to its owner, can be understood as relating to the themes of repentance and inner spiritual work that characterize this month of Elul.
    The Torah portion of Ki Teitzei (Deuteronomy 21 : 10 - 25 : 19) is read on Shabbat, Elul 14, 5782 - September 10, 2022
