I'm sorry to hear that. I've sent an email to Threezero, but have not received any response as of yet. I'll do a an update once I hear from Threezero. Keep me posted on your situation.
Aww, man. Sorry you got an apparent lemon. Just saw the official Voltron store got their stock in and are shipping now. Got mine pre-ordered through BBTS, so I came here to see if any reviews are already up. Hopefully Threezero gets you squared away.
It is not a production problem. I, too, was not able to insert the arm right away but then I solved the problem: When you insert the pin/tail into the shoulder hole, you will first have to put the tail/pin horizontally, straight following the line of the lion`s torso ,practically at 180 degrees and not at 90 degrees as they are erroneously shown in the photos of the instructions Push the lion/arm firmly without hesitation and when you feel it is hooked you can move it and bring it back to 90 degrees . To unhook it you will have to do the same operation. Translated with DeepL/Translator
I'm still getting this even tho I don't think the Price point is justified, it's All plastic No Dicast and no display Base kinda pricey considering those things Uts still a Beautiful Version of Voltron
Hey try not to feel bad I bought the Blitzway and paid 900$ and a few days later the eyes stopped lighting up and my Black lion flight stand peg snapped. So yeah, hopefully you get a replacement for yours
I agree with you. The finish and sculpt are really beautiful and delicate. In the end I'd rather have it in my collection, than wonder how it would look with my other pieces.
The connector goes in to its intended point, but it just does not lock into the shoulder. I am only presuming here, but I think the black lion's shoulders are missing some sort of soft plastic O ring to clasp onto the connectors.
After watched your video again. I think you just need to push more harder. It needs to be deeper. Just wiggle it until the plastic shape is in the right position and push hard till it clicks. The paws of red and green lion will almost touch the black lion's body. I add a pic of the connection in tfw2005 voltron.
@@bphater31 Yes, and it looks great combined, which makes this issue a real bummer. I'll be making my own video all about this issue (not a review) this weekend. I wanted to wait till either I saw someone else with the issue or threezero got back to me. At least I have the former.
I think this Voltron has the most definitive cartoon accurate face and body proportions thus far.
Hey man, same with me. At the very least it’s starting to feel like there’s a running issue.

@@cesardavis8700 Yeah it’s the CNY holiday, we might be waiting for a bit on responses, but make sure to fill out your warranty online while you wait.

I saw the exact same problem in Instagram , very disappointed

@@cesardavis8700 Btw, the Blitzway has gone down in price Significantly I hear.
Hey I was thinking is it possible that the Black lions legs or feet are getting in the way of the red and green lions? Maybe the Legs are hindering

Strange... my red and green connection is okay. At first it's a little tight so I just push harder then it clicks. After that it's easy

Nope this is the same issue as mine. It’s just hurting the plastic on the lions trying.
