Your Ranger looks fantastic. I've got a 2021 XLT Sport in Race Red. Not as set up as yours, but I love every bit of it. I added a Rough Country 2.5" Level and 1.5" Faction Fab Spacers (I'll eventually get offset rims and bigger tires). You should post audio of the exhaust - you shared my same complaint with a lot of the ones I've seen is making it sound like a Honda Civic. Don't need it to sound like a V8, but does it sound throaty? I went with the black and white American Flag tailgate 'Ranger' decals.
Was that grill actually for a f150 or were you just saying it looks like the raptor one where did you get it an how much was it you did a great job making it look good without making it look too much that intake is sick good find

Charged 1 hour of labor to install the tune at ford which was like 140.00 I installed the intake and exhaust myself just had it welded at a exhaust shop to do away with the clamps
With the Ford Performance Tuner, do you have to use premium or can you use 87? Does the tuner do anything as far as changing the transmission shift points with the power increases?

Yes ford did the tune That way I still keep my warranty and I really like the exhaust and the cold air intake I would definitely recommend them
Did the Roush intake give it a throatier intake sound? I know it’s just a 2.3 but maybe it helped?

You have to use 91 or above and yes It changes the way it shifts and everything about it for the better
My '19 Ranger XLT FX4 shifts beautifully stock.
