I think that when people mean he is underrated, they mean that compared to noticeable drummers like bonham, moon, peart and so on, he is like a shadow and he doesnt get enough credit like they do. It's almost the same kind of situation with alex lifeson competing with geddy and peart because they are so well known for their playing that i guess lifeson gets shadowed over them. I hope that paragraph made some sense because in my thought it did xD

@poekoelan75 How can he be underrated? He is huge in the drumming world! Hate people always going "this guy is the most underrated dude ever". Especially to people like Ian here. Don't get me wrong. Ian's great no doubt. But he's not underrated. Same goes for Brian and Don. Of course people should get the credit they deserve. But why not concentrate on promoting any little known drummers you might know of. Friends, or local drummers perhaps.. They're the real underrated ones!
