I believe Chronos drops Z-Sand. If you go to the surface Polyphemus drops wool and Eris drops a golden apple. Garlic is found in the first section of the surface, and cottontail and iron is found in the second. You can also find driftwood in the second section of the surface which can be picked up without a tool :)
Came here for Nightmare and Mandrake (which is allegedly dug up in Thessaly but I’ve never seen a spot for it). Can confirm you get the apples (and the Rubbish) from Eris. I’m fairly certain you get Z-sand from Chronus cause of the arcana that needs it.

most annoying material for me is the stupid plasmas, everytime I use the pick they never appear, and everytime I use the shovel they do.
