Just to understand better...you have 11 different classifications of how you divide employees (full time, part time, seasonal etc). Within a single classification, for example full time, are you saying that you can have age bands within that classification?
ICHRA reimbursements are not taxed to the employee. However, if an employee accepts an ICHRA offer they cannot receive premium tax credits.
