So what this is going to turn into is 9 days of leave that can be taken in 1 hour increments whenever the employee wants. So for hard working employees they can look forward to being stuck on calls by themselves monday morning and friday afternoons . 72 hours is enough to show up an hour late to work every Monday and leave an hour early every Friday.

I work for a michigan company that has told us employees that we will no longer have michigan sick time.....although the sick time we have as of now we can carry it over and use it in 2025 but after that we will no longer be offered michigan sick time and will have to use our personal vacation time for sick time
