Hi Justin! They usually come off when I wash the reusable bags. If they don't come off right away, you can use a sponge of brush to scrape it off. Hope this helps :)
Perhaps write on the actual bag with a freezer pen and reuse that for the same meals and store the instructions and shopping list in a ring binder with page pockets or laminate which are wipe clean.
