Jordan Poole's season has been a rollercoaster of inconsistent performances, leaving fans and analysts alike frustrated with the lack of stability in his game. While flashes of scoring brilliance have occasionally emerged, Poole has struggled to maintain a sustained impact on the court, hindering the Washington Wizards efforts to secure a more dominant position in the standings.
Ben Simmons' highly anticipated season has turned out to be a disappointment for both him and the Brooklyn Nets. The perennial All-Star's hesitancy to shoot and limited offensive contributions have been glaring issues, raising concerns about his fit within the team's dynamic. Simmons' struggles have added an unexpected layer of complexity to the Sixers' championship aspirations.
Damian Lillard, known for his clutch performances and leadership, has faced an unexpectedly challenging season with the Milwaukee Bucks. Hindered by injuries and inconsistent team play, Lillard has been unable to propel his squad to the level of success they've achieved in previous seasons. The disappointment surrounding the team's performance has cast a shadow on Lillard's typically stellar reputation.
Zach Lavine, the dynamic scorer for the Chicago Bulls, has experienced a frustrating season marked by injuries and the team's inability to secure a prominent playoff position. Lavine's offensive firepower has been a beacon of hope for Bulls fans, but the lack of consistent success has left many disappointed, especially considering the talent on the roster.
Mikal Bridges, known for his defensive prowess, has faced challenges in making a significant impact on the offensive end for the Brooklyn Nets this season. While his defensive contributions remain valuable, the team had hoped for more consistent scoring from Bridges to complement their star-studded lineup, contributing to a sense of disappointment in his overall performance.
Klay Thompson's return to the Golden State Warriors lineup after a long injury layoff has not unfolded as smoothly as many had hoped. Struggling to regain his pre-injury form, Thompson has faced difficulties finding his shooting rhythm, leaving fans nostalgic for the sharpshooter who played a pivotal role in the Warriors' championship runs.
Andrew Wiggins, despite occasional flashes of brilliance, has had a season marked by inconsistency for the Golden State Warriors. Fans had hoped for Wiggins to step up and provide reliable scoring alongside the team's stars, but his uneven performances have left many disappointed in the forward's ability to fulfill that role consistently.
Scoot Henderson, the promising rookie, has faced the steep learning curve expected of first-year players in the NBA. Adjusting to the league's intensity and pace, Henderson has encountered challenges in making an immediate impact, contributing to a somewhat disappointing start to his professional career. However, there remains optimism for his future development and contribution to his team's success. Portland Trailblazers - Спорт
Saying scoot has NO highlights just shows u aren’t tuned into to him enough to include him in this list
this is absolutely true.
Great video. As a bulls fan, I think you could basically make a top ten list that is just our roster. It’s brutal out here
You'll make the play-in and we'll see what happens. I wouldn't count them out of the 8th seed. also thanks!
Scoot is a garbage time stat padder. Fits right in with the terrible Blazers. The players in Portland are so happy with big contracts, some of them don't play any defense, and some of them fake injuries just to skip games.
they need a leader for sure.
the GM in Portland thinks it's cool to lose for draft picks. They tell us it's an OKC rebuild in 2 years. In actuality, Blazer basketball looks more like a really bad version of the Wizards team with Beal, Porzingus, Kuzma. A retool that needs to get get completely overhauled... Front Office included
Great video, comrade.
🫡
Said he brought dominance 😂
My mother always told me "Don't toot your own horn"
Poor Zach, he has one bad season playing through a injury that needed surgery and now his discourse is he needs to come off the bench lmao… I do believe a player like him would fit on the pistons tho lol
do you believe in advanced stats?
@@whatshorts I personally do not
I totally got what you mean about generational wealth if all things were equal....but as you noted they aren't so yeah, get your bag, Beal.
yeah, it gets complicated when you think of it under the lens of rectifying the past.
You didn’t tell me you had this channel🙀
It's a secret channel 🤫
Ayton wasn't told he was going to have a larger role on offense. He was told don't expect to get a bunch of touches because the Blazers were going to be running their offense through their guards. After the first month or so with Portland his numbers have been good when he's healthy. Not to defend Ayton too much because I think he's going to end up being a decent player, but I don't see him coming close to living up to his potential.
I think he's one of the best centers in the league, but he should be making all-nba third teams by now.
scoot is nice but people had unrealistic expectations for him in his first year. Point guard has the highest learning curve so its unfair to judge him when one season hasn't passed
very true. I think he's going to be good next year.
Idk how i found your channel but i love the way you analyze and talk about everything and everyone
thanks man! glad the algo gods brought us together!
Great video as always bro
Thanks man! Glad you dig the videos!
Bro looks like serial killer
I get that a lot, but not as much as I get George Kittle.
Great vid except for the scoot part you made a couple mistakes 1. “Doesn’t assist” bro is leading all rookies in assists so idk how you come to that conclusion 2. He was the 3rd pick not 2nd 3. Small thing but you said Aaron Nesmith is a rookie but it’s his 4th season in the league. Aside from those things great vid!!!
Haha tons of mistakes in the part about mikal to, 5 point drop not 6, nets didn’t win a game off the sixers in the playoffs, “kinda good” last year and they were 12-15 after the kd trade. Lots of rough spots
I guess, I saw 4.7 and it didn't seem like a lot. my bad on the Nesmith thing don't even remember him in Boston.
I fw your overall analysis of players . Great content . Have these types of discussions every day with my cousins lol
This is 💯
Thanks man! Glad you dug the video. say hi to your cousin for me.
If Jordan Poole gets traded to the Pelicans it’s over
haha why would they do that?
@@whatshorts so he can go out to dinner with Zion and become a succulent bbw
Nets were swept by the sixers btw
my bad. for some reason I thought they got a game.
W presentation
W encouragement
Dame has a worst field goal and 3-point percentage than Klay Thompson. Yikes. Dude is shooting 35% from 3!!😢
It's interesting how 35 percent is bad on high volume now.
@@whatshorts the percentages will only get higher and higher as the years go on. Look at what Grayson is doing with a pretty good volume. I'm not sure what it is but he was at 47%. Somebody will finish a season at 50% with a high volume in the next couple years. Practice makes perfect and kids are shooting a lot of threes now.
Not even a Blazers fan but if you can't see that Scoot has some major potential you either ain't watching games or ain't seeing the game right
You're right. I don't watch a lot of Blazers games. Does he look good?
He's improved his playmaking and 3 pointers recently. But he has terrible games like blazers vs nuggets which was 5 games ago for himself.
Except Kyle korver doesn't have a job. Well he has a job as an assistant general manager with the Atlanta Hawks but he doesn't have an NBA shooter's job anymore. Maybe 42 is too old???😅
He has a bit of tragic story as to why he wasn't playing the year he retired, but 42 might be a little old. haha
What is that hair in your neck. Don't want to be rude, but it is 2024 🙂 You have a good head man, go to hip barber? and get a hip hairdo.
I shaved.
Andrew Wiggins got a tiny head
I got a big head. can you tell?
Hows mikal disappointing plays right away does what is asked not every players gonna be a star!!!
I have really high expectations of him. I was expecting him to be an all-star and the nets to be in the play-in. I like him.
@What Shorts ahhh no the Nets got swept by the Sixers in the playoffs. Didnt win a single game, Check facts before you spread misinformation. You claim Nets won a game against the Sixers, at the beginning of your video. So right out the gates, youre establishing yourself as someone who doesnt double check his analysis. Your listeners drop the moment they realize this
I hope people don't leave.
I’m impressed with how well you took the feedback, and must give you props for not turning into a defensive troll. I’ll subscribe out of the respect
