Shout deni avdija, feels like no one notices him because no one wants to watch the abomination that is wizards basketball but hes improved SIGNIFICANTLY this year, easily one of my favorite sleeper players Im a fan of.
Dang, just checked his stats. Major three point percentage improvement.
Sure hope Colby White gets Mip this year. I like it a lot better when a bench roleplayer turns into a starting caliber guy, then when an already good player turns all star
more than likely it will be Maxey, but Coby is the number 2 in vegas.
I don't think the award should go to second or third year players.
J.E. skeetz?
Great video, i love J dub too. Gotta ask what you think about the Mavericks’ chances in the playoffs if they can avoid Denver.
It's going to be a consistency issue. Same with the Lakers, Suns, and Kings. All four teams have great players, but can they match up with different looks in a 7 game series? I don't think so. Nugs in 6
Like the video, but in defense of Maxey-he’s still averaging 26 post Embiid and the team is playing at about .400 rate, very bad, but Maxey is kinda soloing
True. I like Maxey. Where would you rank him?
@@whatshorts Probably fairly high. He’s not the front runner anymore but he’s taken on such an elevated role and generally found great success, and off the court he’s been a rare bright spot in Philadelphia and has helped galvanize the team
I get it, but to me, it’s more about opportunity. He probably would have been close to this good last year if he were given more control of the offense.
From what I've been hearing it seems as if Kobe white from the Chicago bulls is the current favorite. Earlier in the season it was definitely Tyrese Maxey but the 76ers have been pretty bad with him out there alone trying to lead the team. I think it will come down between these two guys though j-dub is probably the guy who should win it.
I think if the Bulls can move to the 8th seed it'll be him. Otherwise it feels like the consensus is Maxey.
You should do sixth man next! Bobby Portis is my pick but I’m a homer and also he sucks sometimes so I can see why it wouldn’t be him
you got it!
No Jalen Suggs when the Magic are 5th in the east is crazy disrespect
don't tell him about this video
i feel like Tyrese Maxey is in the MIP conversation every year since he is in the league
he's -200 on most gambling sites. probably his to lose.
is this reflective of MIP award odds?
I looked at them for ideas, but didn't want to be too influenced by them in terms of the order.
Can we get a ranking role players list? Just cos i wanna see bobby at no 1
I'll probably do 6 man next week, but maybe the following.
no cam thomas????
He was on the list, but I had to push him out for Grayson Allen. As much as I hated to do it. I made the slide too.
say that Tyrese Haliburton doesnt impproved is crazy tho
could you see the stat lines?
@@whatshorts could you wacth a game?
Tyrese maxey at #7 is so fried lol
I'm on drugs
me too@@whatshorts
Opinions on Vince Williams Jr?
I got nothing on him. what are your thought?
@@whatshorts Dude really had an incredible glow up. Went from an unknown 2 way guy to one of the best guard defenders in the league. He gave hell to guys like Luka and Steph while being incredibly efficient on offense. If the Grizzlies weren't fucking horrible, he would definitely be my pick.
Grayson allen is actually sigma
Explain yourself
@@whatshorts 48.2 Says it all
Naz
some of y'all don't remember that Naz was a beast last year too. smh ;)
wheres naz
He was too good last year.
@@whatshorts for only part of the season before getting injured and people weren't privy to it yet
