It would depend - some diseases such as kidney disease and liver disease will have effects on pharmacokinetics, and some drugs can influence those diseases as well based on pharmacokinetics. For example, the HIV drug Truvada is almost entirely excreted by the kidneys, whereas other drugs such as aceteminophen (paracetemol in UK) can cause liver injury.
