Did this right after Day 11 and it was fantastic. Feeling loose! I also like both the olympics and given that one of my favorite movies is "cool runnings", I guess I have special appreciation for countries that participate in Winter Olympics but don't have the right weather conditions for practicing the sport in their home country.
I can't believe how one day of sitting at the office tightens me up. This was torture but helps me see how wound tight I am. I like the winter olympics for the figure skating and skiing!
My favorite part of that stretch is the firelog....I felt like I wanted to do firelog circles forever and boy did I notice how tight my right hip is. Great stretch! Thanks Sean!!
Sea salt for cramps. Do it on all diet items. Remedy for this 62-year old athlete from horrific calf and hamstring cramping. Love your work, see you nightly.

I can already notice that I am able to stretch more deeply with my hips and legs into pigeon pose since first doing the pose early on in this 30 day challenge. Feels great! I like the winter olympics more because of hockey as well.
Just perfect after doing a leg and bum day in the gym yesterday! I live to hold these contortions as I can then feel how my body relaxes (or not) and then can work at relaxing more. Definitely one of my favourites Sean. Thank you. The English Lady
