Thanks a lot for the useful information you have provided here. Can I ask a question, if the permanent holiday park home can be rented out, meaning loged out ? As I know, holiday parks don't allow these park homes to be rented out to others, example if I would rent 1 room via Airbnb, and stay in another room, as I know it would not be allowed? But if I will be the owner, I should be allowed to lodge my park home if I want to. Please let me know, thanks in advance. And same time is it only restricted to certain age groups, like example over 55?

Hi D, this is a residential park (not holiday). Subletting in any form is not permitted and the property must be you're main uk residence. There are parks which rent residential park homes out there. Holiday homes are totally different and rules vary on different parks.

@@parkhomelifeltd7238, thank you for your info and the explanation. So is subletting really depends on every park? Meaning, some parks allow it and some not? And what is the age restriction to be a permanent resident there? And is that true, that the permanent park homes are decreasing in value as they get older instead of increasing compare to normal properties? So if I would sell it in the future, I could only sell it for less? Sorry for lots of questions, and thank you in advance for your answers.

Comical view of the lounge,a close up view of a sofa doesn’t really do it 😂
