As I know, holiday parks don't allow these park homes to be rented out to others, example if I would rent 1 room via Airbnb, and stay in another room, as I know it would not be allowed? But if I will be the owner, I should be allowed to lodge my park home if I want to. Please let me know, thanks in advance. And same time is it only restricted to certain age groups, like example over 55?
Hi D, this is a residential park (not holiday). Subletting in any form is not permitted and the property must be you're main uk residence. There are parks which rent residential park homes out there. Holiday homes are totally different and rules vary on different parks.
