Couple of weekends a Year🤪. The ground rent is well over £3,000 for a season, i have one and i spend all summer in it, i would not pay all that rent, and only use it a couple of times.
I always thought they were called mobile home and a caravan was alot smaller. And to be honest i think it would be great for people who have no where to live or been put up in motel . It's better then having nothing
Gas consumption was not too bad! In the summer we were going through 1 bottle (each swapped bottle about £70) per month, but in the winter it was 1 every 2 weeks. Our pipes froze once - had to get a blow torch and defrosted them from a distance - was awful waking up to no water!
It was easy to connect yes, straight off/into the old mains, however I didn't put the temp water supply deep enough and when it was -10degrees over winter, the pipes froze :/ My advice would be dig them deep enough! We had gas bottles for heating

I have also enjoyed your travel vlogs especially the one from Wales as that is where my mothers people came from.
We live in a caravan full time its freezing we have been here 4 years and we both have breathing problems we feel its yhe caravan because its nit insulated and my fht be damp.

If you need any extra heat try oil filled radiators these are really good . We use these in our caravan xx

however bread is like a sponge! should never be stored with cleaning products. It will absorb every smell esp if it get hot!

Haha it has to be transported on a lorry, but it does have wheels to tow it onto the lorry 🙈

The damp was a real problem for us!! Especially in the bedroom next to the bathroom. Really tricky with ventilation 😔
