This is three years later since the post date........... What happened to "Lil" Dirty? Is she "Big Dirty" now? Is she still shooting skeet? Competitively? I always like watching her shoot.
Its great to see a new video of the kids. What a joy to watch the kids shooting. Now if you had hats made with MEC on one side and little Dirty's shooting on the other.I would have to purchase one. Good way to help support the shooting cost. Keep the videos coming Dirtys. Enjoyed another one!
The young lady has really solid fundamentals. Very few kids understand the importance of foot position, gun mount and follow through. You can tell she puts everything into each shot.
Interesting looking gun, Can see LD likes it, hitting those clays with panache! What were the reasons for choosing the K80? Is it the ability to change up the barrels/gauges as LD grows?
She be styling!! I'm jealous!! She is sporting a very nice firearm there. However, she is good with almost any gun regardless of make. This just goes to prove that you can't buy accuracy, however, you can appreciate quality. I know I will probably get some comments about this, Ruger makes decent pistols, they are rugged and quality made and their construction is built to last. However, In revolvers, all my Match pistols are Smith & Wesson. They are elegant, crafted and that adds to the "Shoot ability" to the pistol. Now Smith isn't what they used to be, Modern techniques of manufacture are the way a company of such size competes in today's economy and handwork is lost. Good shooting to Lil Dirty. Dave.
Sorry I need to add or a hat with MEC on one side and the Clay Target Life on the other. That would be AWESOME. Keep the videos coming. If we could only get more kids involved.
WOW! beautiful gun. Seems to me the K80 would be to heavy for her, especially with tubes added? And are those Kolar tubes or Briley? Looks like fun. Thanks
Maybe y'all could adopt me. I could be old Dirty. I like Kolars, maybe you could get me a used one and teach me how to shoot. I could live in your basement and reload all your shells and live happily ever after. And maybe I could finally learn how to hit my double on station 6!!!! I love your videos. Thanks. Hey but I don't get the feed the chicken thing.
Do you guys have any advice on getting a young shooter started. My daughter is 11,and I was just wondering what would be the best gun to start her out with. Most everything out there is to big. Really don't want to cut a stock down. Thanks in advance.
@@lilly3760 ,Thanks for the advice,I've been looking at them. There not cheap, but I guess if she doesn't like shooting guns hold there value. Keep it up love watching your videos you and you brother are very talented. I've been trying my hand at trap with a 28 gauge. It's been pretty tough to say the least, but fun.
Hi , I haven't finished watching your video, but I will.... I love the story of you Dentist, and I appreciate it. My dentist which he was the dentist, (unfortunately died), in my younger age when I first met him, he used to get upset if I called him "DOCTOR", he stressed out, : I am not a doctor, my name is Michael, please call me Michael , but after him, all the dentist I have met, they expected to be called Doctors , and they are not worth it 1% of the men Michael was and is ability in his profession..!!
Congratulazioni!
Merican’ Boy a lot of people shoot 20 28 and 410 actually, it doesn’t hurt your shoulder as much which means you can shoot for longer periods of time without having your shoulder get sore
What's up with that mentality? There's nothing wrong with funding your kids with nice equipment for a hobby that the family clearly enjoys together. Are K80's and Kolar's expensive investments? Absolutely. There's absolutely no way anyone their age could afford to fund one, we get that. There's no need to take a crack at a father or mother who want to be close with their kids. People make mountains out of how expensive shotguns can be, take a step back and think about how much money is spent on club sports like soccer, football, hockey, and golf..same principle. We also don't know their personal lives....who knows what the kids do when they aren't shooting? Maybe they do all that is required of them around the house, work summer jobs, help their parents out, and have some sort of agreement to help justify the cost of their hobby?
@@OrignalRecipe92 I was brought up you want something you work for it. Me I wanted to shoot double trap I had to buy my own shells and I bought a used TriStar setter. I paid my own entry fees, membership dues. When I see ungrateful kids at the range those parents need to grow up themselves and make their snot nose kids pay for their shit
@@OrignalRecipe92 Agreed Buy a $8k Krieghoff, use it for 10 years. Sell it for $7200. Buy ATV for $10K, use it for 10 years. Sell it for $2500 if your lucky and hardly used it. (And probably financed it to boot and payed $15k) Fudd says the Shotgun is a waste of money, and wonders why he is still broke LOL

I met this family at Loch Raven last year and I must say both kids are great shots and great ambassadors of skeet.

Great shooting. Days to remember, family is everything. Thanks for sharing.
Great to see new videos from you guys.
Terrific shooter. The braces will, or have already, come off. Your smile is wonderful anyway you look at it. Smiling makes you shoot better!

Interesting looking gun, Can see LD likes it, hitting those clays with panache! What were the reasons for choosing the K80? Is it the ability to change up the barrels/gauges as LD grows?

D. Luck you can get a syren, there specifically designed for women/girls, the guns lighter and the stock is shorter

They definitely do not all shoot the same
Ok dude
You couldn't be any more wrong

Nice job spoiling your kids. If they want to shoot make them pay for everything themselves.
