Would love to know how well this worked. I have had problems with my old fridge freezing in the "fridge" side. I have lost some product because of that so I am curious how well this worked for you!

what about control of humidity levels? I've read regular fridges can keep at most 55-60% of humidity levels. Flowers need more like 90% humidity.
