    This is incredibly fascinating! I’ve never heard of this until I’ve seen a few other Americans in Korea doinf this, I feel like ad someone who only wears black daily they’d tell me my color is light colors 😅 I love how informative and in depth they are with you.

      Right?!?! I felt the same way hahah. I watched lots of these before but I didn’t see too big of a difference. But I noticed the difference when I did it myself haha. I also think she did a great job of explaining to me the differences ☺️✨💕

    Wow, that’s amazing! Love those colors she choose for you! I really need that color analysis done! I used a lot of dark colors but when I wear brighter color it pops out well in my skin tone! I have darker skin, I’m terrible with color coordination lol 😂! I love this video, thank you for the tips! Looking amazing as always! Take care and stay well! 🙏❤️❤️💕💪💪

    Wow, cool vid! I've watched a lot of color analysis vids & the YT algorithm brought me here. My initial guess for you was summer or autumn, because if your hair. I would never have guessed light spring, since most light spring examples are pale & blonde. Goes to show that there are indeed exceptions to the rules & draping is necessary. The analyst did a good job. Have fun in your color journey!, 💐👍🏼

    I love this stuff. Honestly you could see on camera.... But I've done this. Also you can wear black just maybe wear a scarf because that's what jumps up .... My sister is a photographer and she told me that the camera likes color not black anyways. I love your makeup. Will you change your hair color? I'm glad you are exploring!!! As always God bless you through this Lenten season. You don't have to apologize... We got you ❣️🙏💋

    Your make-up looks so attractive. What a special consultation. I love that you have the actual pictures of make-up products to choose from. Perhaps you can add a scarf depicting one of your new colors to your black wardrobe that you mentioned you don’t look good in-at least until you can substitute your wardrobe along the way $$. I think the scarf color will reflect upon your face rather than the black. I love black myself Lol. I think I would collapse if I was told it wasn’t for me. Have fun with all those color charts. 😍❤️😀

      You're right. Can always balance things out by wearing the black farther from the face. Or just add a scarf in your colour as accessories. I wear hijab so as long as the hijab colour is correct, the top colour doesn't matter much for me.

    I didn’t know this was a thing in South Korea til I saw some Kpop artists doing this & I was a bit confused. I wonder if there are people that do this too at the States because this would help me understand fashion more haha. Great video Cherie! I really seeing this especially as the young lady broke down EVERYTHING to hair colors & makeup. I like red a lot & hope that would be a color that would still be good if I took the personal color analysis

      Colour analysis is present in most countries, but Koreans seems particularly skilled. Most westerners rely too much on stereotypes, like if you have dark hair you have to be this or that instead of actually comparing colours. And I say this as a Westerner white person who likes to compare colour analysis techniques.

    • @heyitsemma.f
      @heyitsemma.f Рік тому

      @Laura Goreni Sure, but I'm from small town New Zealand, nothing decent is going to be in my home town. Auckland or Wellington maybe, Christchurch if you're lucky, not my try-hard town. Plus, it would be twice the price for half the service and reliant on me having spare time when I'm in one of the big cities for a different reason 😂

      @@heyitsemma.f Hi! You should do it in Korea then. The ones that I've watched that were done in Korea, it cost them 100 usd (more or less). The ones in the USA or Canada (virtual & online) costs 200 to 300 usd. If you're in Korea, check out where Xixiplease, Jannat Ara & Tina Yong did their draping/ color analysis.

    Oh boy, so fast and aggressive shuffling of samples 😅
    You don't even have time to think if the color suits you or not, she already switched to another color in a second.
    I don't like that.

    • @FlamingMVkeys
      @FlamingMVkeys  Рік тому +3

      Actually, she did a really good job of going through it with me. I filmed probably twice the amount of footage that I showed in this video. 😅 she went back and forth a lot with me, but I didn’t keep it in the video just to save time! So if anything, I don’t think you liked my editing 😅😅 she did a great job! I just cut a LOT of it out.

    • @Bea-xc7wy
      @Bea-xc7wy Рік тому

      @@FlamingMVkeys no no i have no problem with your video editing.
      it doesn't matter how long the video is and how it's cut
      The woman was throwing the material too fast, which is so annoying that I honestly only watched the first 5 minutes and couldn't continue with the video.
      If she did this on me I would either leave displeased or say something to her. It's impossible to see the difference and to think about it, especially for someone who is experiencing this procedure for the first time when she throws fabrics one after another so quickly.
      I'm glad that you were comfortable and that you are satisfied with the procedure and the result, but it makes no sense to me if you don't give me time to see the difference. You stop for a while and let me compare. Isn't that the point of this procedure?
      That we can see the difference between what does not suit us and what suits us, that this analysis teaches us that.
      When we try alone at home, I believe we all look for a while in mirror trying to see what they are talking about. We don't throw fabrics like flipping pages in the book in 2 seconds 😅

    • @kitty_s23456
      @kitty_s23456 Рік тому +3

      @@Bea-xc7wy Hi. I've watched other color analysis/ draping vids and most other analysts do it that way. They drape you in one color (example cool grey), then in another color (warm brown), then remove one color fast so that you can see the change in your face. Sometimes you can't see it in the mirror, but if you watch the video or see the pics, it's more evident (at least for me, when I draped myself & examined the pics). I think this analyst did a good job and knows her trade well.

    • @Bea-xc7wy
      @Bea-xc7wy Рік тому

      @@kitty_s23456 I also watched several videos like this because I became interested in this topic. This one probably jumped out at me as a suggestion to watch based on the ones I watched. Honestly, in no video did they throw away samples this quickly. They would stop at every color or every other and then commented together with the client on what they think, why that color suits them or doesn't suit them, etc.
      I'm in the minority here with my opinion and that's totally okay. I just can't function when things happen in a fast and stressful way and that's all.
      The most important thing is that the person who had personal experience with this expert is satisfied.
      Also, you can't trust the video and pictures because of the camera settings. On the camera, the color will never be as realistic as in real life, it will be either warmer or colder or for example, green will look like blue, pink like orange or some third color altogether.
      That's why it's always recommended to do it live if possible, because that's how you and the expert can see the best.
