Nope. Get yourself some equipment. Amazon has some cheap stuff. You can start by getting some dumbbells and a mini hip thrust machine but her workouts are just fine with some dumbbells.
I haven’t gone to the gym in 2 weeks, I’ve literally just been doing her workouts with dumbbells & actually have seen more results than 10 months consistently going to the gym. I’m considering canceling my membership
