I am trying this routine for 14 days. I will be starting on the 1st of October😊 I am currently completing another routine. Feel free to interact it will help me stay consistent.❤ Day 1:✅️ I love it! This 10 minutes is really intense and I actually enjoyed it. I struggled on only 2 exercises despite being the first day. ❤ Day 2:✅️ My wifi has been down for the past few days so I couldn't Update my progress but I did work out. It was much easier on day 2. Day 3:✅️Even if its easier than the first day its really still intense 😂 and I enjoy this routine so much I decided to extend it and do it 3 weeks. The music here is🤌. Day 4:✅️This routine is intense. I really enjoy it though 😊 Day 5:✅️ Today was hard. I think its easy to commit to this routine. Day 6: ✅️ Do it its definitely worth it 😊 Day 7:✅️😭🎉 Day 8: ❌️ Day 9: ✅️ I didn't want to work out today caz I am mentally drained and was super bloated but then I remembered consistency is showing up even if you dont want so here we are❤🎉 Day 10:❌️ Day 11:❌️ Day 12:✅️Been really busy but managed to work out today. I feel so sad that I couldn't even get to the quarter of this video because my thighs are big and so heavy to lift. SO I CAME BACK! Day 2: I wanted to prove to myself that I gave it my best before I gave up. So yesterday I struggled to 3minutes of this workout video. Happy to say I pushed through to 7mins and did the exercises. 😊 Day 3: I showed up and did it. Although couldn't finish everything. My stomach feels firmer. I'll keep showing up.
I've done her workouts for batwings, and they were totally workable. I still have batwings but not like before of coursebecause i wouldn't do them regularly. Giiiirlssss, I did this workout today. For the first time, i felt pain in my lower belly which is a good sign. Imma keep doing this workout. Imma trust it because it's said when you feel pain during a workout, it means it's workable.
@@atlasgoldberg6908 You’re doing good then. The burning pain is your muscles tearing apart, which they need to do to become stronger. (They obviously do repair themselves.)
It may be easier for some people, and if your form has been off for a while your body might still be getting the hang of things. It may also be harder if you stopped for a while.

If it’s burning pain then yes, it means it’s working. If you have any other kind of pain then no, it isn’t, and you’d need to be more cautious. ❤
