No way! I was waiting for this! Can't believe it has been released so quickly. The original PMDG sounds were unbearable. However, external sounds are not working for me, I hear nothing. I have meticulously followed the installation instructions. Is there a fix?
@@kairiakai1307 Strange, the only modification I had made to the PMDG 777 was the addition of some liveries. Could that have broken the addon? What I may try is removing all other addons from the Sim, maybe some of them interfere with the Soundpack.
imo I find the default PMDG sounds better, sure they were high pitched on spool up but they have been fixed now, can't hear any roar/buzzsaw from the sounds either which is a bit of a shame.
There are some FMOD sounds for some planes from X-Plane 11/12 that are compatible with X-Plane Mobile, like the 747, CRJ-200, MD-80 and the King Air C90. For the 737 and A330, both have their own 'default' FMOD sounds which are pretty amazing (And somehow for the Cessna 172 and and the Cirrus SF50 Jet, these two were not able to use FMOD sounds even tho it's actually compatible tho, as I have tried it before) 🙂🙂
it's a shame an expensive plane doesn't come with proper sounds by default

FTSim+ just released a fix for the external sound. It works now for me, and it's awesome!
As much as I like the PMDG 777, the stock sounds are a bit off the mark. Good thing FTSim always has us covered.
I'm not a big fan to be honest but I'd definitely take that over pmdg!!

why it has been released so quickly as it is just repackaged from the captain sim to the pmdg version, regardless it is still great though
@@forzaspeedster only the configuration will change , the sound Pack is the same but always updated & tweaked

What about approach and short final? That is the part that matters most (when the tornado siren engine sound happens).
