No funcionaría mucho en Latinoamérica usar muffin, lo más cercano sería como en España que lo tradujeron a pastelito... pero realmente no decimos eso para insinuaciones o coqueteo, al contrario de bombón (al menos yo sólo escucho pastelito como una forma cariñosa en que un padre se dirige a su hija).
