Amazing message pastor! Thanks so much for your ministry brother. I found your channel because of bible reviews but I have been abundantly blessed by the heart God has given you as can be seen from so much of the other content you have shared.
I was ordained in 1978. In 1990, my wife committed adultry and left me. I resigned from my ministry. In 1997 i fell in love and got remarried. In 2021, my wife left me for another man. Twice, the women i swore to lead, love, and defend, left me. I resigned and retired. I believe i am disqualified from the pastorate. To be honest i was a good leader and an above average preacher. I have preached Christ on 4 continents and several islands. I am the common denominator in both divorces. I am broken. My second wife will tell you i treated her like a queen. But she didn't want to serve God anymore! We still talk. She has remarried. She is wanting Christ back. And i want nothing more than for her to come back to Christ. Lots of people tell me i am not disqualified. I don't want to be, but i am. And i am trying to serve Jesus any way i can. I tell you that because i think you are correct. Pastors are held to a very high standard.
@@samburton2978 brother you’re not disqualified not according to scripture, you didn’t cheat on her they left you for their reasons. But as far as I’m concern you’re not disqualified to be a pastor.
