Awww, RIP Rumbles. Roger looks like a great boy though. He won't replace Rumbles but I am sure he'll grow into a wonderful dog. Take good care of him and he'll care for you too.

11:03 To increase your oil capacity to 8 liter, you can add a "Engine Oil Accumulator". 2 or 3 liter sizes available. With a solenoid valve, it can also function as an engine pre-oiler and will prevent oil loss during hard turns/acceleration.
That doesn’t really increase the amount of oil in circulation though. Having extra capacity helps with cooling and can help give the oil time to settle out any air before getting sucked back up. An accumulator can help if the pickup is getting uncovered, but the oil it holds isn’t normally in circulation so just sitting in the accumulator.
I think I love Roger, make sure we see lots of him. Hopefully he will fill the space Rumbles left. Enjoying the build! edit: Concentric slave....isn't that just Woody?
Has Al landed the lead role in the sequel to Chopper? Chopper 2, Chopped. “Listen Moog, i’m a bit short on funds to finish me Patrol, have you got any cash?” “No Al, no cash, no cash here. Marty, we got any cash?” “Nah, no cash”
I don't think I ever understood ASMR until I heard the sound of that fresh tap cutting. Might just be satisfying cuz I've had to use China taps my whole life
Boys... not gonna lie... killin' it on the content for the Hakosuka build. Beautiful new shed pup! Merch builds content... and I've had plenty of your Merch sent my way here in AZ US... VERY fast I might add with World Class shipping email comm's. Skid has International shipping, at least, to the US figured out. I'm ready to buy more but hit us mates up in the Northern Hemi with some Lemon Squash hoodies dammit! LOL! Oh, and add to the Merch the finger pointer on a stick. 😎
Always hard to loose a pet as they can't tell you something is wrong. So massive condolences. Roger looks like he is living his best live with cool cars and being the new skid factory mascot. You will have to take hime to shows with you.
Ah lads l heard about poor rumbles. Break your heart there not just a pet there family. My folks adopted a rescue dog a couple of years back theyed be lost without him. l went back through the vlogs ! I couldn't anything RIP 🥺 rumbles Your legends lads love the channel.
Sorry again for the loss of Rumbles and hope to see more of Roger, he's gonna be a big boy if he's that big at only 8 weeks. My missus wears my mo too.
Such an awesome build, well done guys, can't wait to hear the motor and see you having fun blasting it around some roads, probably slightly sideways. Hopefully. Very tasty.
Always hurts loosing a pet, the only downside to a dog in my opinion is that don't live long enough for the love they give. But getting a new one helps lessen the pain even just a little bit, commiserations for Old Rumble, I know my 13 year old Bella will probably join him soon, but congrats on little Roger, and I'm sure he'll be your grommets and your best mate for the time he blesses this world.
If the rear cross member pins are the same design as the datto 1600 there is a big grommet in the floor skin under the rear seat. Check the welds on top of pin, we used to cut the floor hole bigger and weld em in better, dont know how long they will enjoy 500 HP....
How do you decide /workout the new oil level & where to mark dipstick when youve a complete custom sump? Is there a relation to the crank it has to be?
That side pickup scares me. Is it possible to tig a pipe extension onto the threaded filter fitting so the actual pickup point ends up in the middle of the sump even though the exit stays in the side? Might need to holesaw access through the baffles tho. Great job on the sump, I'm just paranoid about oil starvation on a sustained right hand drift.
What's your favourite part of this build?
The moustaches 😅
Roger!
Roger.
The mustache
The giggle at 0:04 haha too many lemon squashes
Sorry about Rumbles, Roger looks like a goodboy though, maybe you can teach him to piss in Woody's shoes or something.
Roger looks to be a complete champion, condolences for Rumbles.
yeh, roger looks awesome, eh?
Condolences for Rumbles Al, the new shed doggo looks like a ripper

Yep - Canton Accusump FTW.
Still like $2k best case, not $6k but still
@@Bens_240Z moroso has one too these days

I have beenholding off getting a new Ridgeback after losing my mate, I think seeing Roger has tipped me in !!!!
Sorry to hear about your dog, I lost mine 9 weeks ago. He was 14 years old, still miss him every day :(
Thanks for the great content 👍
If this universe wasn't a cold and callus place dogs would live as long as their owners and fries would be good re-heated...
I think I love Roger, make sure we see lots of him. Hopefully he will fill the space Rumbles left.
Enjoying the build!
edit: Concentric slave....isn't that just Woody?
I absolutely love this vintage of Skyline. Cant wait to see this all deadly sounding and throwing pave.
Rumbles is up in the sky lawn chasing the mailman for sure.
The new pupper is very cute.
I love new doggos and yours is no exception, May the doggo last for many years to come 💖
13:44 - 13:56 I love that shot with the mismatched audio!
It's not mismatched, that's just how fast woody works.
Has Al landed the lead role in the sequel to Chopper?
Chopper 2, Chopped.

Good to see Al junior is keeping you all hydrated

Sorry to hear about Rumbles. Great work as always ❤️
19:16 The look of a father that just realized where his lemon squashes were walking away to.
So sorry to hear about Rumbles. It's so hard to lose them. :-( Roger looks absolutely adorable! He's going to make a great shop dog! ❤️
I like how straight forward Al is. These just allow you to put them in other cars, like these, drift cars and shit. Lmao

Heck yeah a new puppy !!!!!!!!! Roger is freaking adorable !!!!!! I hope he's an angel just like Rumbles was.
Al is giving off that Merv Hughes vibe with that mo!!
Love the puppy. Sorry about your other pup. So very sad.
Nice to meet Rodger. I look forward to seeing him grow.
That's a big pup. By the looks of his paws, he's gonna be a huge doggo.
Hope you and Roger have many happy years together. He's a handsome boy

The gromit is ripped💪🏻
This is turning into my favourite build
"Landcruiser enthusiast. Not an aged phallus". LOL! Meanwhile, look at Roger, he's keen as.
G'day Roger, nice to meet you.
Good to see you a fuelled up with a box of Yellow Jackets, ready for next week.
Al without a beard is freaking me out. That shiny new engine spending all that time without a sump on is also freaking me out… think of all dust!
So Al finally finds the right corner to point at, and Woody doesn’t insert hyperlink to the ‘Mospace’. Irony.
Sorry about Rumbles that's always rough when it happens out of seemingly nowhere. New guy looks like he'll fit right in on YouChoob!
RIP Rumbles, had no idea! welcome Little Roger!
Always a pleasure guys. Cheers!
Keep up the excellent work lads and nice to see a new puppy in the shed.

Rumbles was a true blue Australian hero. RIP to the legend
RIP Rumbles. Welcome Roger!
The yota with the fu mancho style mustache works...😆👍....the build coming out great....🤙
Coming along nicely.
Some healthy looking paws on that pub. Not gunna be small.
Roger looks like hes going to be a fantastic shop helper.

Hi Roger. :)
10:48 could use an oil cooler to bump up the capacity quite a bit more, no?
It is getting an oil cooler and remote filter
How do you know what the correct oil level should be with a custom sump? And how do you decide on oil capacity?
