Hello Syed, let us give you answers of your questions
1. Yes demand is there but you need first of all knowledge of German Language atleast B2. Also you will need to know about German taxation , structure and policies . There is chance if you have exp in SAP or any IT software then you can get here with English language if you apply in big 4 .
2. No you cannot work but if you come for study then you can for 10 hrs per week.
3 It depends but average 45000 to 50000 euro per years
If you are planning we would suggest you to learn German. It will definitely add weightage to you applications.Also to live good life here you will definitely need german.
Also we can suggest you to come study here in finance also learn German. That is also good option.

1. Yes, you can apply from any country
2. Yes, definitely you can work part time on Work permit. But why to work partime when you can work fulltime on work permit..
I stay alone but grocery expense for just myself is around 250-260 euro per month. I dont buy alot from india store only aata, tea, rice, ghee. Your calculation says 300 for couple, seems weird.
