Bro, that book completely changed my life. It changed even my relationship with my own father because it opened my eyes on some of the unspoken problems we face as men. Understanding the concept of mental point of origin where we as men need to prioritise our own wellness. Continually work on improving our health, finances, social networks etc. We have to take care of ourselves before we take care of others. Also, understanding the concept of burden of performance. As men, our inherent duties is to provide, protect and offer leadership. Thats are divine masculine duties and in executing this duties we need to be the best version of ourselves. As jacob says, pressure was built for the shoulders not the hips. We must embrace the burden of performance. The othet important aspect is understanding female nature. Concepts like, hypergamy, female solipsism, briffaults law, etc have really revolutionised my life. Discarding harmful beliefs such as oneitis has been very key. Embracing an abundance mindset and doing away with a scarcity mindset. Understanding that as a man am born with no value and i have to work hard to make myself valuable. Not blaming anyone for anything wrong in my life. Today i have deep respect for men who are constantly working hard to be providers and i appreciate them. I have shared my copy with so many men and it has really hepled so many. The lessons i can outline are so many but i would appreciate if you shared that copy. I have guys i would be more than happy to give. My name is Moses K Gitau and should you consider my request, this is my contact 0757427001. Once again, thanks for hosting Aliet. This mans work has changed many peoples lives. Hats off to him and you for being a great interview btw. 👏🏿

That's great! Jacob's content is really engaging, especially the 'Men Only' series with Bitok. His books offer even more insights and perspectives, so I think you'll really enjoy them when you get the chance to dive in
