I've been listening to Labi since I was a little kid, 1970. His music still manages to play with my emotions. It's a pity he's not better known as he is a special musician, and man.
A great track from an excellent album. If you dont know the album, do yourself a favour and give it a listen. Labi is a great talent who deserves greater recognition for his wonderful song writing and amazing vocals. Let's hope there will be new material soon.
Bravo! Perfect song to compliment Season 3, Episode 9: Bulletproof of HACKS. It has that “life goes on feel” with complex feelings, and uplifting tones to a dramatic episode.❤
As good as any 70s singer-songwriter but I only discovered him recently on the Radiooooo website. Such command of melancholy as something that can be beautiful.
Seriously thank you to HACKS for showcasing this song and artist. I can't believe I had never heard him before and now I'm beyond hooked. Gorgeousness all around...the song and the show! #Hacks
Wonderful song but weird video when he’s singing about rain and trees - and a bird. It’s a forest in Staffordshire, England, just a couple of miles from here. Best to listen and not look at the sunny home movie!
That scene with Labi in the background singing, beautiful. In that same episode I was really happy that Jimmy Page's sexual abuse of a child was mentioned. I like Hacks even more after that episode.
Underrated song. The most beautiful song Labi has ever released, and it’s a tough competition. I love you Labi Siffre

Thank you HBO for this amazing gift of a song.
Labi...a genius. Such a beautiful writer and even more beautiful as a singer.
Hacks fans holla!!!! Ava rose up during this song!

No bullshit, amazing album I gave Labi deep dive when I figured out Kanye sampled him a few years ago
Not just Kanye we're talking about Mr. Hi my name is himself, the Goats Goat 🐐@@888MAZZI
Well...he's 79 by now, hoping for new material is maybe too much to ask
Definition of a hidden gem... 💎
SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SONG labi never missed

I hope Hanna wins an Emmy for her performance! She was riveting in this last episode
Unmatched classic
Amazing song. Adding the horns works out so well. Beautiful!
This song was made for me and my friends
Such a peaceful song
Nick Drake, Jackson C. Frank, Bert Jansch, and John Martyn are the sort of feeling I get from your music. Thank you for sharing!
His vibe absolutely reminds me of Nick Drake!!
Wow, what a beautiful voice… I’m in love
great song and video...reminds me of my childhood.
voice of an angel
