Operator Replacement Suggestions (ORS):
Arene: Any Lord.
Lancet: Any Robot.
Fang: Any Vanguard.
Kroos: Any ST Sniper.
Lava: Any AOE Caster.
Sussurro: Any burst Medic.
Pudding: Any Chain Caster.
Myrtle: S1 L7. Any Flagbearer. E2 not required.
Matterhorn: Any Defender (high Res or high HP).
Mousse: S1 L7. Any E2 Arts Guard or Lord/Liberator.
Perfumer: Any AOE Medic. E2 optional. Dependent on roster.

For those who also wonder how much HP is high HP - MH has 2200+ HP +20% from his skill and 5 RES +50% RES from skill. So, 2700+ HP is required (potentially; could be less) and at least a little RES. So, Hung E2 max level, Bassline E2 max level, Nearl E2 max level, Saria E2 lv50, Mudrock E1 lv60+ ? My only built option for this is Mudrock

Nahh it's really hard to replace Matterhorn here I think. My E2 lv20 S2 M1 Mudrock still dies. I use E2 lv45 M3 SilverAsh instead of Mousse (he lacks consistency, but my Mousse is not E2), E2 Lappland S2 instead of Arene, E1 lv80 Goldenglow instead of Click. I placed Whisperain S2 on Perfumer's spot to have some counter to freeze and Perfumer E2 lv20 on Sussurro's spot bc of Mudrock's trait. Feels like my Sarkaz girl needs at least +20 more levels and maybe full mastery to catch up... I will also try with a borrowed Surtr instead of Mousse, hope it helps...

In the end, Hoshiguma E2 lv20 max trust worked for me with SA, Lappland, Eyja S2 and Goldenglow. So, 3k HP without any Res should be fine.

Did she work for you? For me, only 3k HP Hoshiguma worked, not even Mudrock - with higher rarity operators on most other positions, with both debuffing enemies' RES and lots of Arts damage.

You can. It's flexible, depending on your DPS.
