yessss! A new Hernie series 💪🏻 If you need a hand polishing I’m down! Also custom dash housing could be made with my 3d printers 😏

Woohooo 🙌 That would be awesome i think a good polish will bring it back nicely! I didn't even consider 3D printing 👏👏 😎

It's nice to see a proper bloke doing it with an hammer a broom and man power, the Yanks would have have their $600.00 shop vac on it a $750.00 pressure washer and then blown it dry with their $750.00 compressor .... POUFES

Great work. Have a look at Marty T's channel. he has done some similar fibreglass work on a boat he had. Also, the Duracell project has excellent videos on fibreglass work. All the best.

that is not a 535 from the rear. a 535 is very flat across the back and the engine well is moulded into the super structure.. has it had work done?

Someone else has said the same, possible a 536? The chap who gave the hull to me said 535 so i just went with that, sadly the registration book gives dimensions and no model. I have no knowledge of its history unfortunately.

Definitely a 536 similar to 535 but a few years later. Check the foam under floor is not sodden. You'll have great fun with a great boat.

How the HELL did you get someone to give you a boat????
I'm autistic, which means I dont work and couldn't afford a boat to save my skin, but NEED a project and want to get out on the water (I live in Brisbane, Australia, with it's amazing bay and an hour's drive north of the INCREDIBLE Gold Coast Broadwater, a boatie's mecca) but, for the life of me, no one wants to give me a boat.
I've got no friends to have someone just give me one, I have a social disability, but holy hell, the art of charity is long long dead.

It was a lucky Facebook find :)
Where I live in Guernsey there are a few of these older boats lying around that nobody is going to use them again and are often put on local Facebook boating or sale groups. Maybe a fishing or boat group from your area may have something up for grabs.
Sadly you are right it is much harder to get things like this but hopefully luck will come your way and a little project like this will be a great hobby.
      thanks for watching :)
