  • This TRX Intermediate Full Body Workout is suitable for everyone who has experience on the TRX Suspension Trainer. This workout starts with one Warm Up Exercise followed by 5 Workout Rounds. The video does not have a Cool Down. You can find Post-Workout Stretching videos on our website. Duration of the video: 53 minutes. Pace of the workout and transition times are perfect for the Intermediate Level.

    Enjoyed the session 🙏🏻 The side plank with loose leg !? 🤪 not yet my favourite 😂 Will keep trying !

      You'll get there! Just keep training and strengthening your core and you'll notice it will be so much easier to do these single leg side planks. Surprise me next December...

    quick question for some reason when i do a plank i cant make my hands face forward i always have them facing outward forwad hurts my wrists. Is that ok

      Hi Lori, yes that is correct. Have your hands facing outwards and spread your fingers so that it is comfortable for you.
