For example, someone with dry skin (face) cannot use salicylic acid compared to someone with oily skin (face) that is trying to battle acne. So it depends basically. It’s best they do their own research to know what works best for their skin type. 😊

It’s mostly sold in supermarkets. You can also order online. If you don’t see it, use alternatives like amlactin lotion with 12% lactic acid
