Hi @Anastasia i have been making use of dr teals body wash and aplha lotion for evening and uv vaselins for the da byt my body has gone from caramel to dark in less than a week... what should i do

Retin A 24k is very effective is the one am using

Retinol does not totally today out my skin . The only thing I notice dry out my skin a little is salicylic acid . But not too drying ... its was only early use I noticed it was very drying. But now that my skin is more clearer its not drying again.

Retinol never darkens. It aggravates your skin sensitivity to the sun which causes you to darken if you are not using sunscreen.

She meant if you are battling acne you should not use this soap and use another soap that is targeted at clearing or preventing acne at the same time when using the soap. for example if you're using this retinoic or whatever one you choose to use you are not supposed to use astringent like Neutrogena rapid clear 2 in 1.
What if your whole face dark, way darker than your body because of the sun

What serum can one apply at night after using the tretinol- A soap.
Can I use an alpha Arbutin/ naicinamde serum?
Yes you can because it’s a wash off product but I’d advice you to use them another night(when you’re not using the soap) to be safer. You can use hyaluronic acid serum instead after using the soap.

Pls i went to the store and told them that i wanted to get a soap for my hyperpigmentation/discoloration on my face and they gave me this soap now am just seeing that this soap is for acne/pimples of which i dont have now am scared😢😢i dont want to use it and start having acne/pimples when i dont have such in the first place now what do i do???Should i still use it or i should just accept that have wasted my money???Abeg somebody should reply my comment pls😢😢😢😢
It can also clear hyperpigmentation so it’s safe to use it.
