I know its fashionable to not use the F2000's custom 1.6 scope but I have to say that I am a big fan of it. That extra little zoom is nice to have and the single narrow vertical line makes it easier to aim and stay on target. Plus it just looks cool on the gun and breaks up the monotony of putting a RDS on every gun. Sure the borders obstruct your view a bit but I don't think its that big of a deal.
+Robenter It's like a perfect iron sight, the hairline reticles are so easy to look through and the slight zoom is perfect for hitting tapfires ton farther out targets. My go to, the "regular" optics make the gun look bald imo
I love the sight. The guns actually versatile my favorite assult rifle as long as you Burt's your enemies at long range it's a great gun. If I'm not mistaken it's got a similar rof to the bf3 m16a3.

A well-argumented review, well done! I also came to heavy barrel & stubby set-up due to spread and accuracy benefits. I'd advise to try stubby/no barrel if you're new and having troubles with recoil. It is a very strong close-mid range rifle. The emphasis here goes to "mid". Slightly closer than that and you're better off with AEK or FAMAS.
I have over 5000 kills with f2000, and I only use a sight, no other attachments at all, because f2000's micro-burst is insanely good. If I feel like it I'll add a stubby grip
I put the reflex sight, potato grip, and a flash hider on the F2000 because it makes easier to eliminate a group of enemies and it keeps the weapon stable on full auto.
dont use laser sight or a comp on this gun. neither an angled grip. Every AR on bf4 except the famas and the m16 should use this coyote, stubby grip, heavy barrel/no barrel attachment and for the famas and the m16 an angled grip for the first shot recoil

+Leyoki Don't use the Hbar though, use Comp+Stubby (see my other comment). He probably neglected to run some hitrate calculations, but the F2000 is straight up better with a compensator, compared to the heavy barrel.
1. Swapped my AUG A3 to an ergo grip. It's quite better this way. 2. F2000 is my most kills weapon by a landslide (although AUG A3, P90, and SPAS12 are catching up). I can't handle the F2K with a heavy barrel on console (I'm a peasant) so I run compensator and ergo grip and just burst it. I guess I need to work on my recoil control because it seems lately I've been favoring low recoil weapons!!

I've been playing this gun a lot lately in TDM!! 🥰 This gun is a beast at HIP FIRE with a lazer attached. It's always fun to run with different guns than the meta TDM guns: AEK971/ACE23 and ScarH. ❤ PC IGN is Razorblade813 ... I like Conquest, Rush and TdM. I have a mic and can talk for teamwork, or just play without talking lol.
It's a great weapon but your attachments are not so good for the F2000. Your attachments are for the advanced user and not for the beginner. I wound recommend the Egro grip, laser, coyote sight, and compensator. When you fire this weapon in CQB always straff to the left and pull down on the mouse when firing this weapon.
how about the sg553. my most used weapon and you hardly see people run it. I only have like 8000 kills with it and am top 200 world wide. it has better than expected range once you master the recoil and has enough DPS to hang up close.
Gonna have to disagree with your recommended loadout on this one. I decided to run some calcs (these consider horizontal recoil, and assume perfect vertical control), and I found out that on a blank F2000, at mid range (35m) your average hitrate is (this is in order of shots fired): 100%, 90%, 76%, 65%, 56%. Compare that to the compensator + stubby: 100%, 95%, 82%, 71%, 62% and Compared to the Hbar + stubby grip: 100%, 97%, 83%, 72%, 63% To me it is very apparant that the comp+stubby is far out a much better option for mid range. This is simply because you have less FSM to deal with (thus the Hbar option would have lower results) leaving you with a much more probable chance of hitting targets at range. You might wanna try using this calculator for future "Yes or No" videos, as this will make your judgement better informed :) So while it may be your opinion, statistically it's simply inferior to run the Hbar over the compensator. I was using the f2000 against 4 enemies who all was aiming at me, and I forgot i was using semi shot and i manage to kill 3 and get the other below 30 health before getting kill. I would say I was 10 meters away. I knew i was gon die but was surprise af to get 3 kills. If maybe i was full auto
Why leave the laser behind? Because a glowing red or green line pointing to your exact position will get you killed way more than the slight hip fire accuracy boost will help you get a kill. If you want hip fire accuracy then run a heavy barrel.. it cuts the spread in half both ADS and from hip. I really like your vids btw.. just not your opinion on lasers =]
but in CQB it gives your position away even more.. that red dot on the wall means you are about to walk through the door or that you are in this corner, and your hard to spot head glitch instantly becomes an obvious glowing target. It gives the enemy instant response time in exchange for a slight boost in hip accuracy, which the heavy barrel does better.
DoJo Starfox I get you about the dot... I don't agree with this sentiment. Situational awareness alleviates the wall/dot effect. Unfortunately we're caught in an anecdotal argument now.
I suppose if you're aim is great and you know where your enemies are it wouldn't matter, my aim is not great and I play alot of hardcore (cause no 3d spotting and shooting someone in their face means they die), so the lack of minimap, lower ttk, and slightly slower pace makes that dot a death sentence. Ill give it a try in normal.

The F2000 is the best close range weapon. It's better than the FAMAS and the AEK and it's accurate up to a moderately long range.
