it isn't haram, there are just guidelines you should follow with boundaries (e.g. you wouldn't talk to a male friend about private stuff, sexual stuff, anatomy problems... you can't touch him of course. etc.)
@@bingbong6323 it is, there's literally no point in having a male FRIEND if you're not going to talk about anything, since such "friendships" have the potential to lead to temptation, impropriety, and violations of modesty and purity. Allah says, forbidding His servants to commit Zina or to approach it or to do anything that may lead to it: وَلاَ تَقْرَبُواْ الزِّنَى إِنَّهُ كَانَ فَاحِشَةً (And come not near to unlawful sex. Verily, it is a Fahishah (immoral sin)) meaning a major sin, وَسَآءَ سَبِيلاً (and an evil way.) meaning, a terrible way to behave.
@@h1dle when did i ever say you cannot talk about anything? are the things i said you cannot talk about ALL you ever talk about with a friend?? there could be value, just like how all humans can help each other grow and keep company and learn together. for example, i had a male friend that i met online, where we discussed about books and literature, studied together and graduated, and he's now well settled with a wife and a job. no touch, no inappropriate topics, we only met twice to exchange books, and we're both well covered and modest. the fact that the sharia has laid down rules for interaction between genders implies that such interactions are allowed, if it was strictly prohibited to interact the opposite gender, there would be no need for specific regulations about it as it would be haram 100%, but it is not. men and women have the capability of having a halal friendship if their intentions were good. and if a good muslim feels that they are experiencing attraction to a friend and does not want to marry, they should take a step back, that's all.
I thought these people were strangers, it seems like 2 sets of these people know eachother
They know each other better now ❤
