Looks awesome. Nothing feels better than a slick head. I have a full head of hair but prefer bald by choice. It's liberating!

As much as I hated the shavettes when they started popping up more and more (I used a Boker for almost 20 years); when mine got dropped and the blade chipped I didn't have the cash to buy another, so I gave in and got a shavette.
I'll never say that it gives as good of a shave as German steel, but for travel / if you're in a pinch and want to experiment with straight razor shaving before spending $200+ on one, they're amazing and it's fun watching straight razors get some popularity back.

They are kind of interesting. I was once in the shop in need of new razor blades and they had a shavette in the display. I thought I might give it a try since you see those rarely and bought it. It is an interesting experience using one and a good way to practice before upgrading to a straight razor.
