Thanks for details, so easy to overlook. I am trying to calibrate a star probe which crashes on sphere and need your help. The sphere is 25.4 mm & the probe length is 12 mm so it always crashes. Is there a way to direct where to take a hit (and then avoid taking it on circumference)?
