please make your movements with the mouse slower and more obvious around the icons so we can see what you are trying to explain. Thanks!

With the probe in the B90 positions, you touch the sphere on the wrong position. You have to touch it perpendicular to the probe shaft, not on the top of the sphere. On 13:41 you can clearly see, that one of the first three touch points is a hit with the shaft, which totally screws up your measurement.
No one does it that way.

What about if we are using a different probe size, let say 6mm ruby ball by 100mm and isn't set on the system yet, how do we add it to the system?

have to build a new probe file first. In the probe dialog box type in a new tip name, click on the box at the bottom left, then use the drop down box above it. Find your wrist and select it. Next find the components that connect your stylus. then last find your stylus. The graphic should look just like the one on your CMM. Then calibrate it.

Hi! I’m new to Cmm programming. Quick question, is this calibration refer to a R-Test??

I think the video is calling stylus tip qualification 'calibration'.

Manually having to move the probe is horrible. Luckily I don’t have to work like that.

Don't you mean stylus system qualification. Have a look at ISO 10360-1.
